Prevention and Wellness OT, Movement & Embodiment Mentoring
The goal is to feel comfortable, free and at
home in oneself and one's life through the tools
of embodiment. Jamien's approach is especially well-suited for people with disabilities and chronic conditions, elders, dancers, HSP and anyone desiring a deep sense of Inner Strength, Freedom, and Presence. Uniquely tailored to the individual, multiple paths are weaved into OT and movement/embodiment sessions, including: the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, rehab science, somatic education, energy & bodywork.
Helping people come home to themselves through the process of embodiment.

Please note, Jamien Rose's rates differ from the studios out of which she works. Grants for movement sessions may be available for people with neurological disorders (www.plusonefoundation.org). Seattle Changing Room (Westlake Ave N, Seattle), Pivot Bellevue (130th Ave Ne, Bellevue), or your home/office/studio For OT Services: You have the right to ask for and receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges for your occupational therapy wellness and prevention visits. Occupational therapist are uniquely qualified to offer wellness, prevention, and health promotion.
